著者簡介

梅爾清（Tobie Meyer－Fong），1989年畢業於耶魯大學，獲學士學位；1998年獲斯坦福大學博士學位。現為美國約翰・霍普金斯大學副教授。曾在南京大學曆史係做高級進修生，在東京大學東洋文化研究所和中國社會科學院文學研究所做訪問學者。近期在《哈佛亞洲研究》等刊物發錶《包裝我們這一代人：清初的文選、朋友網絡及政治融閤》、《1600年至今的揚州遺址考察》等論文。目前正在研究關於太平天國運動後的曆史記憶與紀念等項目和課題。
