5.0 超級珍貴。以樂手訪談樂手的角度聊爵士樂和樂手的生活。受訪人幾乎全是670年代最有影響力的爵士音樂傢: Miles Davis,Ornette Coleman, Philly Joe Jones, Johnny Griffin, Max Roach, Dizzy Gillespie, Elvin Jones, Art Blackey, Thelonious Monk..(當然瞭, Arthur Taylor自己是鼓手，所以採訪鼓手也更多) 有好幾篇聊得很感人，每個樂手的性格都很真實(Art Blackey和Miles Davis簡直神經病)Max Roach說起Drug Addiction的部分簡單深刻, Ron Carter那篇很齣乎意料
