Not bad...but positioning yourself as someone like a traveller would probably endange the credibility of discussing a tolerance towards multi-culural equality.
评分内容不错，只是翻译时有些不注意，造成低级错误，没有哲学背景，很多推论翻译不出准确的意思。 举一个最荒唐的例子：46页“罗宾·彼得（Robbing Peter）向保罗付钱，这个策略至少能够保证保罗会积极地支持你。”robbing（rob，抢劫）居然翻译成了“罗宾”。以至于读不通了。类...

我的Eng1A老师，Sean Kim，布置了这本书作为那节课的主要课本，然而并没有感觉到是被逼着看，反而越看越觉得有道理。对这本书的印象非常的深刻，除了书的内容，还有就是看完这本书后写了20几页的scientific research paper，至今我还保留着那节课的资料。可能是受到启发，我还买了另外一本：《Cosmopolitanims》by Paulo lemos Horta, 但我觉得还是Appiah写的好。

评分13年大学第一个学期读的。忘记当时是不是被强制买了这本书。。总之，让一个freshman在写作课上读这个什么的，真的很神奇。不应该教一些更fundamental的东西吗？
