And it seeks answers in fresh and unexpected topics, such as the history of tactile knowledge, the relationship between ways of seeing and ways of listening, and the evolution of bloodletting.

著者簡介

栗山茂久（Shigehisa Kuriyama）教授是哈佛大學科學史博士，曾在京都的國際日本文化研究中心講學與研究多年，專攻比較醫學史。大約三年前栗山教授被哈佛大學挖牆角，目前任教於東亞係與科學史係主任、賴肖爾文化史講座教授。

天哪也太有趣瞭吧！世界觀完全顛覆...（雖然看不太懂Greek genealogy）隻是“脈”是不是拼錯瞭 為啥一直都寫Mo？日語也不是念Mo，是miyaku..呀

由本书可以反思当今医学，6星推荐！ 我具体谈谈第三部分，中西医的治疗方式。中希医学对“血”和“风”的不同看法。 血 古希腊人对血液过剩的恐惧，并予以预防性放血。联想到当今西医对手术的热充，无不表现出西医对“过剩”、“囤积”的恐惧。 而中国人则恐惧流失，忧心生...
