Santiago Ramon y Cajal was a mythic figure in science. Hailed as the father of modern anatomy and neurobiology, he was largely responsible for the modern conception of the brain. 早在文理分科之前就該讀，讀一輩子的書

非常溫暖的一本小書，裏麵的很多建議至今還時不時會在腦海中盤鏇。

大部分看得不知所雲，有點像雞湯，重復得最多的是要勤奮，要持之以恒，卻沒有說為什麼有的人能比另一些人更勤奮更持之以恒。另外，無法苟同作者認為妻子是丈夫附屬品的看法。

哈哈，這本書再一次證明瞭我的想法，原來所有的人都在犯著同樣或者類似的錯誤，都會麵對同樣或者類似的問題，誰能想到一個一百多年前的西班牙老頭能迴答和解決這些問題呢？雖然書的名字叫advice for a young investigator，但是裏麵的內容還是很通識的，除瞭中間有一兩章不適用於我這個專業之外，其他都很有用

150多页的书，还是大字体，宽行距里面涉及到很多作者从自己对国家的感情出发，可以了解对于科研本质的探索精神也值得学习，作者提到了做研究，即使是仪器简陋也没关系，关键还是在于人本是，人才是有思想性，有创造力的本体，这一点对我启发很大。 Be simply， be forward!
