很实在、很有用，全篇的撰写逻辑也很清晰。不过其实读起来有那么些无趣。为学习和夯实英文学术写作基础吧。每年需要重返一次的书。

和我标注的另一本书有点像，不是大部头，而是小册子。对学术写作的很多方面提供了说明和建议，并且给出了例句模板。学术写作也有八股文的痕迹，这书现在出第三版了。平时可以当工具书速查或者就某一章提到的内容进行学术写作训练，内化吸收作者提到的所有小技巧和词汇、例句模板。
