评分当时是出版社搞活动凑单买的，一本科普的读物，看得很快，把复杂的问题叙述的比较易懂。一些复杂而神秘的技术例如Page Rank，人工智能，神经网络都讲的很形象。但是全书没有将任何具体的算法，都是思想，比较浅，不太适合工程师。
