这本小说在很早以前就读过。 那时候一方面冲着作者的名气去读，另一方面是冲着这个富有诗意的书名去读的。 小说的内容不是我阅读的重点，主要是想学习作者的写作方法。 很遗憾，正象前面有人问起：小说的第三章怎么人称就变成了“我”？ 这也是我没有真正读完这部小说的原因...  

初看此书，带着浓浓的兴趣，后断断续续的读来心底却开始莫名，不知是作者的写法还是怎样，云里雾里一阵清醒一阵模糊，记得“那个地方”，记得那艘沉在海底的龙骨，那是伊桑心底的善良吗？我会因为现实而放逐自我去追寻所谓的虚荣么？一切看来都是情有可原，怎样去生活，过何种...  

相比起作者最具代表性的《愤怒的葡萄》，此作品明显更具后现代性，文章中充满了大量的心理、暗示、预感等后现代表现手法，甚至给人予悬幻的印象。不过我一直很喜欢这本书。当然《愤怒的葡萄》也是异常杰出的作品。基本上斯坦培克的作者我都很欣赏。 　　此次阅读又有些新的...
