不只一个医药的分析师给我介绍这本书了。近距离展示新药开发路途中的惊心动魄的历程。最后的最后药还是没研发出来。。。可能也是想告诉我们连公司自己都不知道的事情，你华尔街就别指望看懂这了。

超级好看。vertex由哈佛天才，制药界王子，默沙东的逆子 - Joshua Boger 博士创建，是rational drug design的鼓吹者及实践者。周一鸣博士推荐给我这本书，读起来就放不下，对制药过程的艰辛和曲折有了更好的体会，同时也高度怀疑华尔街真的懂那些pre-revenue生物技术公司么？科学家也是人，他们有着过人的毅力和执着，也有怀疑嫉妒和self doubt。总之，非常好看的书。
