著者簡介
海登·懷特（1928— ） 當代美國著名思想史傢、曆史哲學傢、文學批評傢。曾任教於美國加利福尼亞州立大學聖剋魯茲分校。主導瞭二十世紀七十年代以後曆史哲學領域中的語言學轉嚮，並將曆史主義思想帶入文學批評領域，成為跨學科研究的典範。主要著作有《元史學》、《話語的比喻》、《形式的內容》、《比喻實在論》等。
