作者简介
Madame Genevieve Antoine Dariaux spent most of her life in Paris, and now lives in the south of France. Even as a child she preferred to accompany her mother to the dressmaker's rather than go to the movies. Her talent for design and making costume jewelry led her to open her own fashion house, and her success eventually took her to Nina Ricci, where she was the directrice for many years.

这本小册子里通篇都在讲羊毛衫,灰色、棕色的衣服等等,难道优雅是上了年纪的女人的专利吗？书上不是说说优雅是不受年龄约束的吗？写到年轻女孩的东西少之又少，唯一有些饰物的佩带给了我启迪。有很多地方翻译的也不通顺，是我最近看过比较糟糕的书了。
评分恩，在季风看见的。不想花钱老是买同样的扮靓心得。 而且是老外，更加觉得是不会适合中国的国情。不过，老实说， 特别喜欢这本书的策划和营销。 书底是这本书的定位：“今天的每个时尚女性的手袋里都应该有这本书” 所以，它的装帧和书的设计也是小小的，适合放在时髦的手...
评分的确是徒有其表的书，装帧和副标题（献给希望永远优雅的女人）很诱人，内容大部分无法联系实际生活，而且觉得该书的翻译有问题，他们对于羊毛外套，针织衫的概念应该不是我们通常理解的那种，但是，作者永远追求精致优雅的态度还是可取。

便宜货买不起vs美衣裳不如美搭配，轻松有用的好书！
评分风格可以模仿来，只不过自己不见得自在，更别说和自己的个性合二为一了。优雅固然好，姑娘们先养性吧，别做了披着羊皮的狼。

评分some tips seem outdated, but overall the author offers helpful and practical advice. Elegance is timeless, after all. She also has her own tastes -- Extremely high heels cause unbalanced posture, and that is rather ugly. When everyone is wearing little black dress, it becomes a uniform and lack of individuality and originality.
