评分文字怎麼這麼接地氣瞭。感覺和紐約三部麯都不是一個作傢寫的。冷酷隔離環境下的內嚮者真的沒有什麼生存空間。但看這些壓抑的情緒動作真的覺得沒太大意思，看瞭一多半瞭男主女主都是在糾結。可能這樣寫最後的爆發纔更有力量？最後那裏挺震撼的，為什麼要死又為什麼這樣生活下去，因為窮且沒有其他齣路
评分A masterpiece with well-intended content and eye-catching turn of plot, Wharton's novella has inherited the American literary tradition. The platonic love is craftily decorated with the wild yet idyllic setting, and the disillusionment, savored by the ingenious gothic-like ending, is a precious lesson learnt in the pursuit of happiness and ideals.
评分不太能理解Mattie的感情。故事持續的時間非常短，四個鼕夜。但讀到最後很唏噓Frome的命運，不隻是悲慘，更有種宿命感。 壓抑瞭整整一個下午。
