有两个小tips关于赞美别人的我觉得很好 1.想赞美一个人就通过第三者，也就是这个人的好朋友或比较亲近的人了，这样不会显得是在拍马屁的 2.就是听到好的赞美要传到被赞美者，被赞美的人会很happy的，冲到nice的信鸽而不是gossip girl

A few practical tips: smile slowly, kill the quick me too, voice compliment to their closest friend, find substitutes for overworked words, use of "nicey-nice" words makes you appear equivocal and weak, “oh wow its you”. Everyone’s tuned in to the same radio station: what’s in there for me.
