Wonderful book I never seen it!

History always repeats itself. As long as there is conflict of interest,excess returns, smart assholes who think they know better, investors/customers will be screwed up again and again.It is human nature after all. And how do you keep yourself from this? Acting non-human - be fearful when others are greedy, ask why and learn from history..

看完Bad Blood之後看這本，感覺何其相似。前半部分真是。。good old days，有錢大傢賺。後麵大廈崩塌的時候真是樹倒猢猻散。聽Audio book十分有感覺，大概是有點偵探小說意味，財務會計相關詞匯也能理解。覺得最神奇的就是真的有幾個拿瞭很多錢因為政治鬥爭失敗離開的，但是之後再看真是太幸運瞭，否則都得進監獄。還有個亞洲人，超級神秘，拿瞭好多錢最後沒進監獄，還在科羅拉多買瞭山和農場，NB。

此书积灰10年，当年安然的爆发案还是深深震撼了整个金融届的，以至于其后诸多监管法案和对会计准则标准的制订，更甚至于审计事务所对各自客户报表审核力度的加大，舞弊，管理层凌驾于控制之上，关联交易，这些词成为人人挂在嘴边的风险重头戏。怀着想搞清楚到底安然发生了什么...

这几乎是我所知道的同类小说中写的最好的一本。资料详尽，线索清晰，主题明确。最主要的是，作者把安然的各类操作手法写的很清楚，让门外汉也看得明白，看得出来作者真的懂。
