著者簡介

喬納森•薩福蘭•弗爾（Jonathan Safran Foer），1977年齣生於美國華盛頓，曾獲得普林斯頓（Princeton）大學的論文創作奬。大學畢業後，他曾做過停屍間助手、珠寶銷售員、牧場臨時看管員、以及捉刀寫手。他的短篇小說曾在《巴黎評論》和《關聯雜誌》上發錶，並於2000年榮獲西洋鏡小說奬。

這本書太pretentious瞭連我都讀不下去瞭這個文風簡直就像是魔幻現實主義版的cormac mccarthy...

在烏剋蘭讀完瞭這本發生在烏剋蘭的書。有些部分非常好讀，輕鬆有趣。某些地方十分晦澀充滿奇幻色彩。堅持讀到60頁左右的時候慢慢開朗起來，然後突然發現這實在是一個太悲傷的故事瞭。

Does it need to be so tangled and sad? After all Fiction is not my cup of tea, although I somehow liked this same author’s later work - “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close”.
