Bret Easton Ellis这本书写得也是年轻人怀旧，迷惘，放纵的生活，叙事也是通过主人公的喃喃自语，但是比起《麦田里的守望者》差太远了！这些加州年轻人除了吸毒，晒日光浴，和同性异性乱搞似乎都不干别的。重口的是看snuff films和出卖色相来还赌债。最后再用“我什么都不在乎，我无法快乐”的价值观来解释自己的行为。喟然兴叹。《麦田》至少还认可纯真的童年。

看了三分之二，all about drug, club,familly, friends, sex......看不下去了......
