评分when the idea first came out, it was shocking. the one percent is never a new idea. is there really a time the society hasn’t been controlled by the one percent? this is what the sociologists have always been interested in.
评分非常犀利。和Dahl的Who Governs放在一起看会更加有意思。对于当下体制的批判和对于实际民主制度运作过程的解释其实是相辅相成的两个传统，在美国的学术界里，我觉得这两个传统真正做到了相互切磋砥砺。
