著者簡介
斯圖爾德•李•艾倫，美國紐約人，自封社會人類學者，專門研究咖啡。齣生於美國加利福尼亞州，曾在加爾各答、巴黎、加德滿都和悉尼居住。他的經曆多采多姿，曾做過葡萄園工人、劇場導演、服務員、掘墓人、龐剋作麯人，同時也是一名作傢。他的作品刊登於《瓊斯夫人》雜誌、《洛杉磯周報》、《灣區衛報》，另有著作《惡魔花園》。

評分 評分先说英文书名《The Devil’s Cup》，被翻译成《咖啡瘾史》，个人觉得此书的吸引力就打了折扣。大概咖啡也不是啥普罗大众能喜欢的饮品，咖啡的历史也算不上啥，所以能有这样一部关于咖啡历史的游记，并且有人翻译并被引进发行，此书实属稀罕物。那么多宗教的背景知识，翻译过来...
評分看过很多关于介绍咖啡的书籍，不过像这样一本类似以游记形式记录的《咖啡瘾史：一场穿越800年的咖啡冒险》的书，还真是第一次读到。可能人与书之间的缘分，犹如人与人之间的缘分一样吧，在网上书店看到这本书的封面，就觉得完全是我的菜，因为那个造型很独特的咖啡杯完全吸引了...
