评分非常好读的通史，写的简单易懂，非常适合闲暇阅读，文笔上比Albert Hourani的阿拉伯历史要简单很多，随便翻翻就读完了，Hourani大师的书要一边撞墙才能读的下去。因为是通史肯定有所省略，但整体逻辑的严谨性和贯通感保持的很好。
