日常翻閱最多的菜譜。意大利人真的是神奇，凡是復雜的奇怪的反直覺的搭配必然是法國人發明的（白醬，美乃滋，舒芙蕾），意大利人發明的都是一些簡單的可復製的看搭配的處理（是誰發明瞭披薩？！）。
