评分红头罩的存在，某种程度上就是为了解构小丑和蝙蝠侠的对立。蝙蝠侠的逻辑是：一旦多出了杀人这个选项，每当他遇上并击败一次反派，他就必须多面对一次这样的选择。当手握决定生死的权力，他就已经跨进另一个阶层——这阶层的要求远远超出普遍的基本的人权。但蝙蝠侠并不是维持社会运行的必然部分，不承担固定的职能与责任，因此杀人是一种逾越，并且这意味着：和恶龙缠斗者终于成为了恶龙。 他的逻辑建立在一度被亲人死亡阴影的困扰上，也建立在他不会获得机会作为弱者被审判。 红头罩不得不存在。他被切身地审判过，并且付出过生命的代价——道德困境是个棘手的问题，但损失难道就不是吗？ 唯独阿卡姆才可以审判小丑吗？可能有些天真，但有时候，我倒以为不妨成为恶龙。
