圖書描述

这是狄更斯最出名的作品，狄更斯用冷俊的嘲讽笔调表现出对大英帝国的讽刺。当时的大英帝国刚开始成为世界帝国，虽然还保有着贵族阶层，不过资产阶级已经是社会主流，五金批发商葛擂硬已经是国会议员，而庞得贝的管家斯巴塞太太显然是个贵族的旁枝出身，这应该是暗示着贵族们已...

看的第一本狄更斯的英文原作，不得不说读的很辛苦，因为个人词汇量低，一边不停的翻字典一边琢磨每个句子的逻辑，半天也看不了几章 但光是那些句子就让人觉得妙不可言了，大概这是英语非母语的人看英文有限才会有的感慨吧…… 不过有些感觉是看原文才有的，即使自己来翻不一定...
