原书（英文版）还不错，， - -！虽然翻译量很大译者很辛苦，但是小错误不断也太不应该啊，尤其是公式里出现下标错误、赋值错误，，有时候被搞到一头雾水，还得去找英文电子版对照，，第三版新加的内容错误更多，，越到后面越不认真了？

先说这本书的内容结构：此书就是将计算机视觉各个小方向的论文一一列了一遍，顶多算个大综述。通常算法具有时效性，很多新算法是没有的。就算一些经典算法的原理讲解也是简单的不能再简单。没什么大价值，如果想看我建议看Computer Vision: Algorithms and Applications Richa...

书的信息量太大，字数很多，不是入门的教程，适合对这一领域有所研究的人来构建自己的知识系统，依我看，应该是研究生以上的人买的比较多，还算不错吧，主要是国内同类的书太少了。

这本书在各个方面都泛泛而谈，连学过图像的人也看得不太懂。这本书很多算法方面都介绍了，但是讲得太过简单，真正理解起来非常吃力。如果作者不给出代码，恐怕就真的无法读下去了。符号的表达有点陌生，而且理解起来比较费劲。这本书不太适合入门的人，初学的恐怕无法读懂。
