書本身便是非虛構寫作的範本。
评分所謂長難句、晦澀用詞，基本是政客把玩、學術故弄玄虛、新聞寫作油腔滑調、以及國內英文考試盲目響應的産物罷瞭。英文本身的冗贅與詞匯的貧乏由此被進一步濫用。以前所學所教大半錯瞭。此書提點寫作要義是解毒良方，不僅僅適用於英文寫作。
评分Has some great tips. BUT, it's far from being the so-called "industry BIBLE". Sometimes he doesn't even follow his own advice.
评分以我的英文水平，太高；以我的母語水平，太低。書是好書，我不是好人。 書的確是好書，作者把自己放進一個小角落，再釋放齣強大的自信。
评分非常值得一讀的寫作書。大部分內容並不局限於英文。對於不同題材的講解尤其珍貴。
