Amelia Bedelia系列中，有傻保姆為主角Peggy寫的，比較好看。Herman寫的現代小學生的，就沒那麽有特色。雖然核心都是玩一語雙關。

评分笑死了。利用詞彙的不同意思（所謂一語雙關），帶出了很多笑料。儘管淺顯易懂，翻譯過程並不流暢。這種文本之所以到現在沒有中譯本，我想大概是因為那份幽默會在譯文中盡失，變得一點也不好笑了啊。把這個系列讀完（譯完，努力吧）心情會大好吧，哈哈。
