关于Gawain的duality很有意思，一个是Christ一个是Adam的biblical reference。iconoclastic, 打破了我对medieval romance的认识，虽说adventure和courtly love的因素都在，但没有romance会写本身就是星星的人会向往gutter中的生活吧。让人想起Baudelaire的l‘idéal.
