作者是印度外交官，但在小说中却完全没有官方的政治意识形态，而是遵从文学表达的特性，把社会的弊病，人的弊病，展露无疑。。。。。中国为什么没有这样的官员？不要空话，套话
评分 评分读到艾可提死去的，我觉得太伤心了。他和昌比活在社会的最底层，但却拥有了世界上最真挚的爱情，而现实社会却总让最底层的人蒙受不白之冤，成为有钱人的替死鬼……
评分前年看了由该作者改编而成的贫民区的百万富翁，看完心里久久不能平静，主人翁所答的问题，其实就是他长大以来经历过的事情，配合印度社会种种黑暗，落后，腐败镜头的视觉冲击，顿时让人觉得幸福指数飙升。 然后看到该作者的小说六个嫌疑人，很期待不知道是不是也是一本有惊喜...
评分“谋杀，一如所有的艺术品，引发诠释，排斥解释。” 给我的震撼太多，不是来自情节的发展，更多的是现今印度人扭曲的价值观。如果你想了解一个国家，就一定要去了解当地人的种种实际，否则就会像一些外国人一样，以为中国人还用毛笔写字，穿着大掛衣，男人梳着长辫种种。
