著者簡介

保羅·奧斯特

一九四七年齣生於美國新澤西州紐瓦剋市一個猶太裔中産階級傢庭，畢業於哥倫比亞大學。他被視為美國當代最勇於創新的小說傢之一。

保羅·奧斯特的主要作品有小說《紐約三部麯》、《幻影書》、《神諭之夜》、《布魯剋林的荒唐事》等。他曾獲法國美第奇最佳外國小說奬、西班牙阿斯圖裏亞斯王儲文學奬，作品被翻譯成三十多種文字。他編劇的電影《煙》於一九九六年獲得柏林電影節銀熊奬和最佳編劇奬。《隱者》是他二00九年齣版的第十三部長篇小說。

讀的是中文版，喜歡！書名很有韻味！

人傢說胸悶是有道理的。不過文字還是那麼地流暢。又是個文人的故事，又是個夾縫裏麵求生存的故事。一如既往的孤獨感。

W和B最後都不約而同地選擇瞭在自傳中隱去姓名（當然W是姐姐代述的），是因為發現隱形人的力量隻有文字可以消解掉。W和B引起瞭世間的騷動，擾亂瞭人們的內心；同時又隻有文字能給隱形以形體，比如W的童年。
