陳春華，1974年生，安徽定遠人。1995年畢業於解放軍外國語學院英語係，同年考取該院英語語言文學專業碩士研究生，1998年獲得碩士學位。後考取該院英語語言文學專業博士研究生，師從李經偉教授學習社會語言學，2008年獲得博士學位。現為該院英語係講師。已在各類雜誌上發錶論文十餘篇，參與編製教材數部，編撰字典數部。
