作為黑格爾小白感覺很受幫助，清晰明白。（看到講institution和moral commitment那裏的時候發現《神聖的帷幕》的框架完全就是這個）黑格爾作為進階康德，為自身立法在實然上的有效性在於，理智的各種傾嚮不是某種認知範式的必然性，而是self-determination之中包含現實性的、實踐的必然傾嚮。
