香港的法律界，是一個獨立王國，既獨立於內地的那一套，也獨立於西方的那一套，甚至脫離瞭香港的實際，而急於走一種國際化的路綫。法治變成瞭政治。可惜的是，香港法律界政客不少，但缺乏學者，也缺乏政治傢，終究還是駕馭不瞭政治，迴過頭來，可能對法治本身都有所傷害瞭。
