香港的法律界，是一个独立王国，既独立于内地的那一套，也独立于西方的那一套，甚至脱离了香港的实际，而急于走一种国际化的路线。法治变成了政治。可惜的是，香港法律界政客不少，但缺乏学者，也缺乏政治家，终究还是驾驭不了政治，回过头来，可能对法治本身都有所伤害了。
