We're explorers immersed in the grandest and most complex of pursuits--the development and maintenance of the human mind.
Overall really insightful, especially the stress of using here and now. Although as an "EBT-brain washed" graduate, some of the techniques based on psychoanalysis are not going to be practical for me, at least for now, such as the importance of dream and self-disclosure. Makes me more interested in common factors of psychotherapy.
