可能几年前的中国，惊人的购买力还没在世界井喷，最广为西方世界知道的，除了中国功夫以外，约莫就是那几场政治运动，以及中国菜了吧。 就我自己的体会来说，中国家庭对于吃的执念还是挺深的：下顿吃什么基本从上一顿结束就在父母辈的脑海里打转了，而家常手制和外出就餐常常在...  

习惯性力荐，还没看到这本书。饮食文化的作品，是我最爱。有电子版的试阅读，最有趣的是作者不光是品尝美食，还在中国学餐饮学校学习做菜，还去考了中国认可的厨师证。不过电子书好贵滴~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

圣诞节看到的书，更显得有意义！期待赶紧拿到手！假期有闲暇读读。当年看《舌尖上的中国》纪录片，第一集里面的美食没把握给馋死，虽然不一定喜欢吃。 美食背后的文化内蕴，也会让人流连忘返的，多少年积淀下来的传统因子，通过美食这扇窗，让人仔细咂摸那随着时光一起流淌却...  

《寻味中国》一个华裔女孩的美食寻根之旅。 乍看之下是一本关于美食的书籍，实际上更多的是作者本身有着地地道道美国式思想的华人对当代普通中国老百姓生活充满着好奇，以美食之名写下了自己在中国生活多年的所见所闻所思所想。  

不知道书名是谁翻译的，当初一见之下差点就要放弃这本书。 书名实在烂俗，《寻味中国》——让人联想到何伟的《寻路中国》，而副标题更是灾难，“一个华裔美国女孩的中国美食大冒险”，一看就是无病呻吟或大惊小怪甚至误会重生的文章。 然而，拿起又放下，放下又重新拾起本书后...
