论文人写情书如何个写法……超美的。而且从gender studies的角度去看的话超酷。一方面这本书表现出了Woolf那个年代的对性别比较structuralist的解读，但另一方面有觉得这已经超出了那个年代，分分钟到gender performativity的感觉了。这种传记的写法，里面还时不时有旁边自己的声音，真的很独特。

也是当reader's holiday来读的，随手划，合上书脑子里就是橡树下躺展了的奥兰多。语言棒，节奏明快，边读边回想文学史，很多波浪句如57页下，读起来很过瘾；文学发烧友的章节隐射的装腔作势、无病呻吟等"diseases" of lit读来让人脸红，后半部分涉及gender roles语气好像更辛辣一点。注释主要是把一些细节跟原型Vita和Knole联系起来。再看看Common Reader
