第一次拿到这本书已经是很多年前的事情了，忘了在哪里看到有人推荐，便叫朋友从国外顺手带了回来，一搁就是很多年，直到今年夏天，才终于想起来读。现在想来这个时间点也是刚刚好，在夏天读这本书，很容易代入到书中所描述的那个意大利南部乡村的夏天，蝉鸣，海浪，汗水，鲜花...

每个暗恋的人都是意淫成癖的妄想狂，不知疲倦地幻想，无法停歇地纠结，无处不在的虚拟语气。假想是蔓延在焚身欲火前的悠长前戏，比得到更诱人。就让前戏更持久吧，别在悔恨与罪恶里挣扎，因为我们都将败给时间。

It talks to me, moves me, shatters me, paralyzes me. How words can be so powerful I should know now. To say it's just a love story would diminish it. The author has constructed the fictional world with such acute and abundant description that the nuance, to some people seems verbose, while to others make all the difference. Personal, yet universal.

SO IN LOVE. 想睡睡不着，索性把这本看完了。似乎无从表达，总觉得要哭了。细腻戳心，大概喜欢一个人的感觉都是相似的。而有些东西或许因为来不及看清，而成为终其一生追寻的完美。像是星河里的一颗星，有着微弱却永恒的光。

少年情事，永远无法告别。所以究竟什么是爱情，什么是欲望，什么是生活，什么是婚姻。故事是好故事，但是书中无处不流露的高级知识分子气质和资产阶级趣味让故事变得太过“容易”，太过“信手拈来”。这种“夏日午后泳池边的情欲故事”主要让我看到的还是阶级差异，一辈子都无法追补的阶级差异。
