仔细看了英文版，不是篮球迷就也推荐看看。书呢，稍微一些kobe心得和感想，大部分篇幅讨论跟不同球员的攻防，算是例子，大概主题就是说一生追求，永无止境，不怕牺牲，排除万难，仔细认真，争取胜利。非常难的是，如此有天赋的人，又如此努力，还坚持了长达20年之久。听说退休后kobe浪了一段时间后，又开始重拾workout的习惯了。所以信仰是多么重要，有自己的信仰，才会有自己的追求，有追求，生活才有滋有味有趣有意义，有意义就是有追求，别管追什么，人生总得有所求，有所求才有灵魂，无欲无求，基本离死不远了，或者离生不如死不远了，或者离生就如死不远了，多少人没有梦想没有追求没有灵魂的活着，行尸走肉一样混一天算一天，混到死为止，然而肥宅多么快乐啊，又是你们这些自以为高人一等其实是有求皆苦的自我欺骗的人所能体会的
