作者简介
丹·巴伯，位于曼哈顿西村蓝丘餐厅的厨师，餐厅同时结合非营利农场和教育中心。他对于食物与农业政策提出诸多见解，发表于《纽约时报》及其他出版品中。曾获James Beard美国杰出厨师大奖、2009年获选《时代》杂志百大最具影响力的人物之一。
