评分如果说爱情是纯感性的范畴，那么婚姻毋庸置疑属于感性、理性共同作用的领域。因此，通过一些包括自我管理在内的技巧，帮助自己追求婚姻关系，也在情理之中。诚如作者所言，现今的“感情大萧条”局面下，异性间表达情感、追求稳定两性关系时，似乎确实存在一定困难。而其书中述及的十大策略，相信涵盖了相当部分的症结，同时也起到抛砖引玉的作用——个人推荐此书，即使无法完全解决问题，至少指明了有利的方向。
