这首诗我读一遍整整花了两个小时，还是觉得只读透/懂了最多5% (although it then comes the question of whether interpretation is necessary) ...整首诗像一部电影一样...the language is so rich.. i don't even know where to start. 太有才了Ginsberg. wish i was a native english speaker, wish i was born in the same era with him. 如果教授上课不讲这诗的话之后要课后自己再好好钻研一遍。我就知道垮掉的一代is my calling

I saw the best mind of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked, dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking for an angry fix.用词直白，笔锋尖锐，反思战争带给人类的难以置信的伤害，而在这锋芒毕露的讨伐声中，诗人体现出极为宝贵的人文关怀——让所有可怜的孩子不再害怕，让所有邪恶的疯子不再掌握话语权。
