我感觉这本书作为对Winning那本书的延续是再好不过的一本书了，看了很有启迪。 开篇的两个问题就是和中国相关，也让我们知道在Welch的眼中，中国在全球经济中的位置也是独一无二的。 推荐

评分读过韦尔奇的自传，忘了读没读那本赢了，即使没读当时也是几次要买的。后来那本自传因为领导需要，送领导了。本书叫赢的答案，实际上就是一些对话，答读者问。表达韦尔奇的一些观点，有一定参考性，可读性稍差。赢也是一个噱头。人生有输赢吗？
评分读了《赢》之后自然想读的一本书。全书的主旨和《赢》一脉相承，以70多个问答的形式组成，没有《赢》那么系统，更多了些随性。关注的重点也不再是商业和管理，而是个人的发展。两本书都能看出韦尔奇一以惯之的对人力资源的重视和对中国的乐观，同时也能看到即使是在两本相隔时...
