於丹翎，美國斯坦福大學法學博士。美國律師協會會員、紐約執業律師、中國執業律師，在美國跨國律師事務所長年從事律師工作，在國際商業法律、公司閤並、買賣、公司融資、銀行融資、能源開發服務等方麵的法律業務領域擁有豐富的實踐經驗。現在外交學院執教，吉林大學經濟與法律研究中心研究員。

於教授在國際法、美國商法、公司法和公司治理領域多有著述。多次應邀對政府機關和行業協會發錶法律專題演講。曾應美國律師協會之邀齣席美國全國法學院最高法院模擬口辯賽法官。
