于丹翎，美国斯坦福大学法学博士。美国律师协会会员、纽约执业律师、中国执业律师，在美国跨国律师事务所长年从事律师工作，在国际商业法律、公司合并、买卖、公司融资、银行融资、能源开发服务等方面的法律业务领域拥有丰富的实践经验。现在外交学院执教，吉林大学经济与法律研究中心研究员。

于教授在国际法、美国商法、公司法和公司治理领域多有著述。多次应邀对政府机关和行业协会发表法律专题演讲。曾应美国律师协会之邀出席美国全国法学院最高法院模拟口辩赛法官。
