看这本书还是因为上了叙事学课，因为它是很明显的嵌套式结构，经常被老师用作例子。故事里的人讲一个故事，第二个故事里的人再讲第三个故事，就这样，像套娃一样，一叠一叠，一不小心还真容易迷失，但却很能吸引你继续读下去。东方色彩比较浓厚，读起来很有意思的。

文化的奇妙之一就在于差异.阿拉伯的文化即使用英语来表达,感觉还是非常有异国情调.这本书我2008年经常在睡觉前读上一段讲给老婆听,讲着讲着她就睡着了,呵呵~ 这本书和故事整本书串成一体,不过经常读到后一章,把前面接续的情节忘记了,还得翻回去看看. 和中国神话故事一样,这里人...

很好的睡前讀物。煩躁疲憊看不下長篇大論的時候居然也能看得津津有味。雖經過幾手翻譯改編，勉強也能貼一個＃阿拉伯文化＃的標簽。
