評分跟之前看的翻譯版相比 改瞭好多啊!!原文一看全身舒爽 之前那個到底是有多舊翻譯是有多差
評分中文名《伯恩斯情緒療法》。這本書讀到30%會發現此前齣現的很多陌生詞都不陌生瞭,而且閱讀速度和中文差不多(deep reading)。所以關鍵還是堅持。核心思想是 only your thoughts could make you upset。承認自己的不完美,也不需要完美。你所有對外界的看法,基本是來自你自己當時的情緒(這個我很贊同),還有忽視他人評價(這點我目前在實踐),拖延癥會加重自我厭惡,細化完成一點點都值得鼓勵。
