主要是講人的response的，Freedberg很強調的一點是沒有受教育的人的response，但有點諷刺的是這本書大概是隻有研究image的人纔會看吧，而且實在是太難懂瞭，consecration那章我看瞭4遍以上。。其他幾個chapter我都至少看瞭兩遍以上，也就懂瞭70%左右，還有個原因是我對西方藝術史知識匱乏，也算是個很好的切入口吧，他的觀點非常特彆。學到瞭很多，非常有用的一本書。
