伊恩·布鲁玛(Ian Buruma，1951— )，生于荷兰海牙，先后在荷兰和日本就学，曾于莱顿大学攻读中国文学和历史，后专注于研究日本。现任纽约巴德学院（Bard College）民主、人权与新闻Paul R.Williams教授，为《纽约时报书评》《纽约客》《金融时报》等多家重要媒体撰写评论。作品涉猎广泛，最新著作有《零年：1945》《阿姆斯特丹的谋杀案》等。
