很深刻,隻是譯文略詰屈瞭些
评分收獲大概在於看清瞭幾個已被攪渾瞭的泡沫:1.這本書的研究對象僅是歐洲資産階級社會,而根據H的觀點,嚴格意義上的public sphere僅在18世紀短暫齣現過[2、3];2.public sphere 的齣現在很大程度上倚賴於private realm的獨立;3.public sphere 和civil society是兩個獨立的概念,並沒有必然聯係(這大概是攪得最渾的一個泡沫);4. public sphere, publicity, public opinion之間的關係與區彆[4、7]。需要繼續思考的是文本/文化在現代(及以後)社會中的角色/能量:如何流通,如何形成瞭新的空間/領域,如何將個體連接成共同體,又如何製造齣瞭“共同體”或“個體”這樣的幻覺並把人規訓在這些幻覺裏。

评分(三星半)第四章的思想史梳理是本書寫的最好的部分,但是有關文藝復興時代的民間文化與建築空間關係的書寫,基本可以說是片麵的,但仍然可以作為一個概覽來閱讀,要全麵掌握,需要讀這兩個主題更專業的著作。由於以上瑕疵,導緻最後結論部分的方嚮錯誤。
