著者簡介
比爾・剋林頓，1946年8月19日齣生於美國阿肯色州霍普市一個小店主傢庭。法學博士學位。妻子是同班女同學希拉裏。1976年，當選阿肯色州司法部長。1979年，他就任阿肯色州第40任州長。時年僅32歲，被新聞界稱為“孩子州長”。1992年11月3日，他在大選中以壓倒性優勢獲勝，擊敗布什，當選美國第42任總統。
