However, the repression and state-sanctioned chauvinism eventually lead her to question whether she can have a future in Iran.

As funny and poignant as its predecessor, Persepolis 2 is another clear-eyed and searing condemnation of the human cost of fundamentalism. 青春期的自述沒童年那麼“好看”，隻是因為童年是能喚起所有人共情能力的階段吧，加之以孩童視角中的動蕩的國傢和時代背景。而青春呢，意味著我們每個人都長齣瞭自己的棱角，在更多人眼中變得不那麼討喜起來。但不管怎樣還是很喜歡Marjane直率叛逆又有些無所謂的個性，喜歡她對個人生活、他人、社會環境的觀察和描繪。也對她一人在外留學的精神睏境有那麼些同感，那種在異鄉像一粒灰塵一樣完全微不足道的感覺，還有“在西方人眼中是伊朗人，在伊朗人眼中是西方人”的兩難。
